Brown corundum is a premium-grade refractory manufactured through the high-temperature fusion of bauxite, iron filings, and coke in an electric arc furnace at over 2000°C. This process results in a dense, highly crystalline alumina with exceptional hardness, strength, and resistance to extreme temperatures. After cooling, the material is carefully crushed, screened, and graded into various sizes to meet specific industrial requirements.
