Brown Fused Alumina Production process 

1. Raw Material Preparation:

The solidified blocks are crushed and milled into smaller sizes to achieve the desired granularity.

5.Magnetic Separation:

Magnetic separation is used to remove any residual metallic impurities from the material.

6.Screening and Grading:

The particles are sieved and graded according to specific size distributions, adhering to standards such as FEPA, JIS, or ANSI.

7.Quality Inspection:

The final products undergo strict quality control checks to ensure consistency in chemical composition, hardness, and particle size.

8.Packaging:

The graded materials are packaged in suitable containers, ready for storage or shipment to customers.
